The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in internal controls, segregation of duties, and ERP implementation. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a related field and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify risks and weaknesses in segregation of duties by analyzing the organization's top core operational processes.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits related to segregation of duties.
  • Implement mechanisms to monitor and enforce segregation of duties.
  • Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure effective segregation of duties.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize risks.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on segregation of duties compliance and risk mitigation to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle eBusiness ERP, particularly in user access management and authorization models. They will also have excellent organizational and project management skills, as well as strong leadership abilities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal controls, segregation of duties, ERP implementation, or a related field.
  • Experience in working within a matrix organization and complex multinational environment.
  • Expertise in segregation of duties requirements and related system & non-system related mitigation measures.
  • Ability to develop, update, and enforce global segregation of duties policies and procedures globally.
  • Experience in creating governance frameworks to ensure that segregation of duties is consistently monitored and reviewed.
  • Strong knowledge of O2B, B2C, P2P, R2R, and HR processes.
