About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist II to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our South marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering seasonal and 365 education and engagement plans for priority field of play via the code planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute localized training experiences to upskill and inspire retail employees across the NSM in Spain & Portugal on Nike's mission, brand, and innovation.
  • Partner with the South marketing team to help deliver Nike's brand and business objectives in Spain & Portugal.
  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing partners to bring your vision to life for our consumers in the territory.

What You'll Work On

As a Marketing Specialist II, you will be part of the South Retail Marketing function, reporting directly to the Manager, Retail Marketing, EKIN Spain & Portugal. Your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You must be collaborative, intuitive, and maximise the effectiveness of individual as well as collective thinking.
