About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist II to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our South Retail Marketing function, you will be responsible for delivering seasonal and 365 education and engagement plans for priority fields of play via the code planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver localized training experiences to upskill and inspire retail employees across the NSM in Spain and Portugal on Nike's mission, brand, and innovation.
  • Partner with the South marketing team to help deliver Nike's brand and business objectives in Spain and Portugal.
  • Work closely with the Nike Direct team, MPUs, and EMEA EKIN team to stay abreast of latest strategies and share best practices.
Requirements
  • A deep passion for our brand, mission, and innovation.
  • Prior experience with the marketplace within marketing or training with a strong focus on innovation.
  • Prior experience in training delivery, project management, and digital content creation highly advantageous.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the Spanish consumer, the territory, and Nike's position within it, with a track record of making strategic marketing decisions within this environment.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish, Catalan is advantageous.
