Our Global Planning Hub

The Global Planning Hub is responsible for Luxury and Consumer Beauty products worldwide. Located in Granollers, the Hub is co-located with the Granollers Factory, a flagship fragrance plant. Our responsibilities cover most of the supply chain functions, including material sourcing, production planning, product distribution, new product development, inventory management, and master data management. English is our primary work language.

The Role

This internship supports various teams in our Global Supply Chain Planning Hub. As a Supply Chain Planning Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of supply chain end-to-end on a global level, work within a truly multifunctional and international team on challenging projects and daily operations. Your responsibilities will include learning planning processes, participating in daily business, generating and analyzing data to contribute to decision-making, identifying savings, productivity, and process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Interest in learning and developing a career in Supply Chain
  • Students or graduates of higher education studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business
  • Proactive, curious, and committed to delivering results
  • Analytical skills, able to understand complex concepts and solve problems using logical thinking
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Highly autonomous, disciplined, and with a high level of ownership
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data charts) and large databases management
  • Minimum availability of 6 months (preferably at 40 hours per week)
