About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Aerospace Engineer to join our team at Industry Placements. As a Graduate Aerospace Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our in-service fleet of aircraft, working closely with our customers to resolve technical queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our aircraft systems and components, staying up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements.
  • Collaborate with our global teams to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that our technical expertise is consistently high-quality and effective.
  • Contribute to the development of our technical documentation and procedures, ensuring that they are accurate, comprehensive, and easy to follow.
Requirements
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent in a relevant field of study, such as aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable technical expertise with Microsoft Office tools and a strong understanding of aircraft systems and components.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, with a focus on driving future innovation and excellence.
  • First professional experience in maintenance and the knowledge of programming would be beneficial.
