Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Welcomer at Norrsken House Barcelona. As a Welcomer, you will be the first point of contact for our entrepreneurs, guests, and investors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive atmosphere for our members and guests
- Assist with daily tasks such as basic administration, meeting room operations, and community events
- Support the Norrsken team with various tasks and projects
- Participate in community events and seminars
- Build connections and expand your professional network within the Norrsken community
Requirements
- Availability: Be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for at least 3 months
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Spanish is required
- Legal requirements: Must be a student and be able to have a convenio with your university or school
- Positive Personality: Possess a positive and friendly demeanor, making visitors and guests feel welcome and comfortable
- Problem-Solving Skills: Display a proactive and resourceful attitude to help members and find solutions to various situations that may arise
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with other Welcomers and the Norrsken team to maintain a harmonious and supportive work environment
