About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecosystem Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing a thriving community of startups, investors, advisors, mentors, and supporters within and around Norrsken House Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth and engagement of our impact community and ecosystem
  • Establish and nurture key relationships across the technology sector to bridge the needs of the community
  • Develop outreach initiatives to generate interest and participation from new members
  • Support the growth of our members and ensure they have every opportunity to learn, connect, and succeed
  • Represent Norrsken Barcelona at events and summits, and share relevant insights back to our community
Qualifications
  • Passion for making the world a better place and a belief in the power of entrepreneurship, technology, and business to drive positive change
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a challenging environment, preferably in a tech or entrepreneurial setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect people and build network effects
  • Strong teamwork and member-centricity, with a focus on collective interests
  • Immersed in the Barcelona tech scene and familiar with the local startup ecosystem
