Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Concierge to lead our Concierge team at Rosewood Villa Magna, a luxury hotel in the heart of Madrid. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests' stay is unique and memorable, while managing the day-to-day operations of the Concierge team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Concierge Team Management: Efficiently manage the operations of the Concierge, Luggage Porters, Door Persons, and Drivers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  2. Guest Liaison: Liaise with other Front Office departments to coordinate arrivals and departures of VIPs, return, and extended-stay guests.
  3. Guest Services: Ensure all guests are assisted efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all Concierge-related functions.
  4. Team Performance: Manage the performance of the Concierge team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service standards and meet guest expectations.
  5. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and colleagues to create lasting memories for our guests.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Continuously strive for new ideas to improve and strengthen the Concierge team, updating standard operating procedures and implementing them.
  7. Local Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and amenities to provide valuable recommendations to guests.
  8. Guest Feedback: Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  9. Property Knowledge: Provide guests with in-depth knowledge about the property and its surroundings.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
  2. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
  4. Problem-Solving: Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  5. Guest Service: A passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
  6. Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the hotel, its surroundings, and the local transportation system.
