About the Role
We seek a dedicated professional to support our Field Inventory Management and Capital Equipment teams. The successful candidate will provide crucial assistance in inventory management, administrative tasks, and system updates, ensuring smooth operations and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- FIM team support: Reconciling inventory counts, expiring controls, controlling materials pending invoice, adjustments & transfers in SAP, complaints handling, and optimization tools control.
- CE Support: Placing orders, tracking and following up, adjustments, and supporting administrative tasks and documentation of the department, including searching and sending delivery notes, reporting, checking materials in the system, and completing customer databases.
- Adjustments and reports in SAP: Inventory adjustments, transfers, warehouse changes, and reporting, as well as registration and actions in Salesforce.

Requirements
We are looking for recent bachelor's graduates or master's degree students with a background in Administration or Transports & Logistics. The ideal candidate should be proactive, curious to learn new tools, and have an analytical profile with attention to detail. A good level of English (at least B2) is required, along with teamwork experience. Knowledge of Excel is considered a plus.
