  • Daily & Weekly Operations: Process Management - Develop, implement, and maintain efficient business processes and workflows across teams to drive operational excellence.">">
  • Performance Monitoring - Track and analyze KPIs to ensure teams meet their objectives and align with company goals.">">
  • Team Coordination - Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment and efficient execution of strategic initiatives.">">
  • Resource Allocation - Oversee resource planning to support business needs, including staffing, tools, and budgets.">">
  • Operational Support - Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring all systems and processes run smoothly.">">
  • Project Management - Strategic Planning - Lead and execute key operational projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up.">">
  • Project Coordination - Coordinate with teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, addressing challenges proactively.">">
  • Data Analysis - Provide actionable insights through data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.">">
