About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic People Culture team at Immfly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our diverse workforce, ensuring an exceptional employee experience, and driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all People Culture operations, including payroll, labor law compliance, health safety, employee records, contracts, and documents.
- Act as the main point of contact with our partners, including labor agencies, benefit companies, and health risk prevention companies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Contribute to developing and implementing People Culture procedures and best practices.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business strategy and drive performance.
- Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Participate in key decision-making processes, ensuring People Culture considerations are integrated into business strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in HR functions, a proactive and hands-on approach, and a solution-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
- BS/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years' experience in HR generalist roles, with a track record of handling diverse HR functions.
- Strong experience handling different Spanish labor law procedures.
- Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Negotiation and coaching skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including executive presence, adaptability, and resilience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
