Supply Chain Senior Planner

Coty is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Planner to join our Global Planning HUB in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Supply Chain Planning Team with a focus on material planning, supply management, production planning, distribution planning, and category supply planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and analyze supply chain data to drive business decisions
  • Identify and lead improvements in complex processes and operations
  • Contribute to various projects dedicated to products, portfolio, or sourcing changes
  • Act as a role model to the rest of the team, build capabilities in others, and coach them
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business
  • Experience in Supply Chain
  • Fluent in English
  • Elevated Excel skills
  • Good command of SAP
  • Proactive, curious, and committed to over-deliver results
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork
  • Problem-solving and managing complexity
  • Outstanding ownership, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills
  • Passionate about continuous improvement
