Supply Chain Senior Planner

Coty is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Planner to join our Global Planning HUB in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Supply Chain Planning Team with a focus on collaboration, growth, and process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and lead process improvements.
  • Develop and analyze supply chain data to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and lead improvements in complex processes and operations.
  • Contribute to various projects dedicated to products, portfolio, or sourcing changes.
  • Act as a role model and coach for the team, building capabilities and driving growth.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
  • Experience in Supply Chain with a focus on planning and optimization.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and committed to delivering results.
