- Design Systems: Build, maintain, and enhance design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to align design with business objectives and user needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and present design solutions that align with the company's brand and goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Experience: +5 years proven experience as a UX/UI Designer/Product designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, web design, headless architectures, and frameworks such as React are a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English is a must.
