Senior Product Manager - Ad Monetization Expert

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts, focusing on ad monetization, new feature development, and live operations optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze player behavior and game performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to define new feature requirements and create detailed product specifications.
  • Implement changes and enhancements to existing features based on player feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the live operations of the game, including events, promotions, and updates, to drive player retention and engagement.
  • In collaboration with Ad operations, develop and implement ad monetization strategies to maximize revenue without compromising player experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, game design, computer science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the gaming industry, with a focus on free-to-play games.
  • A strong passion for games and understanding of monetization strategies such as in-app purchases and ad monetization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and creative approach to always find the truth behind the numbers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in English, ability to effectively and systematically use data to support recommendations.
