**Job Summary**

The Strategic Marketing Specialist will play a key role in assisting with the execution and tracking of marketing activities and campaigns across both physical and digital platforms and channels. This includes brief creation, design, production, and editing of draft content and final arts for traditional and digital media channels, as well as management and facilitation of marketing collateral materials and PPTs for Sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist with conceptualizing and implementing marketing campaigns from brief to lead generation - physical and digital
- Complete advanced design tasks, including creating templates for development teams according to brand guidelines and UX/UI experience
- Help with managing publications and monitoring social media accounts, ensuring timely updates and engaging content
- Create and validate content for internal and external communications, including product sheets and related research
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating records, taking stock, and sourcing quotes for branded materials
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure seamless event coordination and effective product promotion

**Requirements**

- 3+ years of experience working in Marketing departments, with expertise in elaborating content in Native Spanish and English
- Strong knowledge of Design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud), Video editing, and Web UX/UI design
- Experience in PowerPoint presentations edition and CMS tools (WordPress)
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Oracle, Eloqua)
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
