Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our Information Security and Data Protection efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams and lead initiatives fostering a security-conscious culture. Their expertise will be essential in providing advisory support for projects and delivering training to promote awareness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Information Security & Data Protection activities in alignment with internal strategies and ISMS, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
- Drive continuous improvements and development across the organization by identifying areas for enhancement, implementing necessary solutions, and strengthening compliance efforts.
- Develop, enforce, and continuously improve Information Security & Data Protection policies and procedures while providing advisory support in identifying security requirements and controls for projects.
- Conduct awareness training sessions to foster a security-conscious culture and serve as a resource for internal and external security inquiries.
- Strong technical and organizational security expertise to navigate complex challenges effectively.
- An analytic mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly translate security needs into solutions.
- Solid project management skills and a structured approach to succeed in this role.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 compliance.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field of information security.
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
