About the Role

As a Converse Retail Stores Associate II, you will have the opportunity to develop alongside a team of elite athletes and sales professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing premium brand experiences to customers through exceptional product knowledge and customer service
  • Assisting in training new staff and supporting various departments of the store
  • Utilizing digital devices to connect online and offline sales or in-store services
  • Informing customers and new employees about Converse products and services
  • Improving your knowledge with our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, Converse products, services, and company culture
