Job Title: Technical Officer

Blaine Corporation is a leading provider of animal health and nutrition products, and we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Officer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Technical Officer will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our Animal Nutrition products, including technical training of sales and marketing employees, technical service and troubleshooting assistance to customers, and technical support on R&D of new product development or product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with end users/customers through technical nutrition services such as farm audit, training of farm/feed mill personnel, feed/premix formulation, etc.
  • Handle troubleshooting of product-related complaints from customers.
  • Assist in evaluating feedback on field performance of AN products and provide regular reports to Superior.
  • Conduct farm/university trials to establish/validate the efficacy of AN products, analyze, interpret results, and provide technical write-up.
  • Conduct product presentations on AN products and participate in other demand-creation activities that will support the achievement of sales targets.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal nutrition and a proven track record of providing technical support and services to customers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
