About the Role:
Appian Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on the Appian platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements to the Appian platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply that knowledge to improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or development role.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
