TD SYNNEX Global IP Program Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Global IP Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our global IP strategy, coordinating product implementation and success across regions, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure program operations align with legal guidelines and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate global IP strategy development, working with platform owners, stakeholders, and functional owners to consolidate input and build a comprehensive strategy for cloud platforms.
  • Work closely with MSFT/AWS and TD SYNNEX platforms to prioritize key initiatives, manage project staffing, control governance, and ensure task/timeline/status reporting.
  • Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and maximize results while ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Manage cadence to keep senior management informed with accurate information, prepare impactful messaging and presentations, and track workstream progress, including milestone achievement and impact realization.
  • Demonstrate technology expertise and maintain awareness of broader commercial perspectives to anticipate opportunities and threats within TD SYNNEX and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with comfort working with senior executives at TD SYNNEX and partners.
  • Ability to network effectively, negotiate well, and influence people, with proven experience as a program director or similar position (or 5-10 years of product ownership).
  • IT Channel experience, preferably in Managed Service/Hosting Provider, TD SYNNEX, or Pan European distributors, with good business practice consultative skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of project/program management techniques, data analysis, reporting, and budgeting, as well as knowledge of current Microsoft programs in market.
  • A working knowledge of TD SYNNEX's cloud platforms is a plus, along with passion for technology and cloud computing, ideally with Microsoft or Amazon.
  • Capable of working independently, having responsibility as an individual (ownership), with fluent written and spoken English, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel globally, adapt to different time zones, and work constructively under pressure.

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
