We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team at ICON. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Study Management: Provide support to the clinical trial team at the global level, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of clinical trials.
- System Management: Manage study systems, including TMF management and maintenance, and provide timely follow-up with stakeholders to improve TMF compliance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze various reports and provide timely distribution of dashboards and reports to the study team.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the study team, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Technical Skills: Excellent technical/IT skills, with the ability to understand the impact of technology on studies and to use and develop computer skills while making appropriate use of sponsor's systems/software.
- Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of ICH GCP relevant operational procedures, systems, and quality guidelines regarding clinical studies, with 1-2 years of prior experience in clinical operations as CTA, CPA, or similar.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a professional attitude with good customer focus (internal and external).
