Job Summary

As a Clinical Operations Specialist at ICON, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical trial team at the global level. Your expertise will impact the project's success, and you will be responsible for providing support to multiple studies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge on ICH GCP, sponsor's written standards, and attend relevant training sessions.
Analyze various reports and timely distribute dashboards and reports to the study team.
Manage study systems, TMF, and provide timely follow-up with stakeholders to improve TMF compliance.

Requirements

Excellent technical/IT skills and ability to understand the impact of technology on studies.
Knowledge of ICH GCP relevant operational procedures, systems, and quality guidelines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional attitude and good customer focus.
Very good communication skills and high English level.
1-2 years of prior experience in clinical operations as CTA, CPA, or similar.
