Job Summary:

Accor Hotels seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and distribution of goods within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting incoming goods to ensure they match purchase orders
  • Reporting any discrepancies to the Purchasing Department
  • Labeling and recording accepted goods on Goods Acceptance Forms
  • Distributing goods to respective departments
  • Processing invoices and delivery slips
  • Solving vendor-related invoice issues
  • Managing return procedures and quality control measures
  • Participating in environmental initiatives and training programs

Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, practices, and systems

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Accurately tracking and controlling inventory is essential for our business, and we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to take on this role.
