Marketing Optimization Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to drive the optimization of our marketing efforts across global teams.
The Local Marketing Optimization Partner will be responsible for driving and executing regional demand generation activities with our key strategic partners.
This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring our ONE marketing framework to life, ensuring the consistent and effective execution of our marketing plans and activities.
- Capture and lead key marketing initiatives with respective teams, ensuring these initiatives are strategically aligned and deliver significant impact.
- Oversee the planning and governance processes, ensuring that all marketing activities are well-coordinated, strategically planned, and executed efficiently.
- Work closely with analytics and insights teams to leverage data-driven insights, driving continuous optimization of our marketing strategies and efforts.
- Develop and implement enablement programs to ensure that teams are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and best practices to achieve marketing excellence.
- Drive the adoption of new processes and technologies to enhance marketing performance.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a global or multi-regional context.
- Proven experience building out a new role, in a changing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including buy-in creation, pipe targets, budgets, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
