About the Role

As a key member of our AML & Screening Investigations Team, you will lead a team of skilled specialists in conducting in-depth case investigations, analyzing transaction details, and recommending Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). You will engage with stakeholders to create and implement cutting-edge solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in our processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of investigators in conducting thorough analyses and recommending SARs.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to create and implement innovative solutions.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and internal policy shifts, identifying new risk territories and setting up robust controls.
  • Drive results by monitoring team progress and delivering impactful presentations to Senior Leadership.
  • Recruit and hire top-tier AML & Screening Investigators who align with our vision.
  • Partner with the AML/Screening Leadership team to shape and execute goals and key outcomes.
  • Work with Quality Assurance to identify trends and offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of effective communication within the team and coach and mentor team members.
