We are Eco Plus Solutions, a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Barcelona, specializing in Google products and innovative marketing solutions.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Representative fluent in Swedish to join our team.

This hybrid role provides the flexibility of working remotely three days a week while collaborating in our Barcelona office for two days a week.

**Role Overview:**

As a Swedish-speaking Sales Representative, you will be integral in driving sales and managing client relationships for Google products.

Your fluency in Swedish will be essential for engaging with Swedish-speaking clients and prospects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

### Sales Development:

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Google products, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing solutions

### Client Relationship Management:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with Swedish-speaking clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives

### Account Management:

* Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, addressing any issues, and delivering exceptional customer service

### Sales Strategy Execution:

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to achieve targets and drive revenue growth

### Market Research:

* Conduct research to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Swedish-speaking markets

### Product Knowledge:

* Maintain an in-depth understanding of Google products and their benefits, and communicate this knowledge effectively to clients and prospects

### Sales Reporting:

* Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals, providing regular updates to the sales team

### Client Support:

* Assist clients with onboarding, product setup, and ongoing support to ensure a positive experience and effective use of Google products

### Team Collaboration:

* Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and support overall company objectives

**Requirements:**

* Fluency in Swedish is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills

* Previous experience in sales is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

* Knowledge of Google products and digital marketing tools is advantageous

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data, assess sales performance, and make data-driven decisions

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
