Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving business performance and identifying growth areas through digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
  • Native level of Dutch
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns (preferable)
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B) (preferable)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: €23,876 to €30,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
  • Sales bonus package: Up to €3,400 - €3,500 gross per year
  • Hybrid working model: Based in Barcelona
