We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Search Strategist to join our team at Performics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and defining the future of paid search. Your primary objective will be to ensure that we remain a market leader and optimize our strategies for success.

Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and monitoring campaigns on search engines, shopping platforms, Gmail Ads, Apps, and YouTube. You will also manage and optimize audiences using DMPs, Analytics, and other tools. Additionally, you will have expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and advertising on Google, Bing, and Amazon platforms. Proposals for optimizing lead generation will be another crucial aspect of your role, along with implementing and utilizing search tools such as Search Ads 360 or Marin.

You will work closely with clients and teams from various Publicis Media agencies, analyzing keywords, creating copy, and structuring campaigns based on objectives. Monthly billing and budget management will also be part of your responsibilities.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or a minimum of one year of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Strong communication skills, dynamism, flexibility, and proactivity are essential qualities for this role. A high level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is also required. Experience in web analytics with tools like Google Analytics will be an asset.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of PPC programs and data optimization through paid media systems. Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) is necessary, and a passion for SEM and digital performance marketing is a must. Analytical and organized vision, ability to think critically, and attention to detail are also essential for this position.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
