Sales and Customer Service Assistant, 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

At General Mills, we're on a mission to become the undisputed growth leader in food for the EUAU region. As part of our Iberia team, the Sales & Customer Service Assistant will report to the SC Iberia Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in achieving their goals.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
- Maintain the SAP system and ensure its optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain sales Excel tools to enhance data analysis.
- Manage the EDI workflow to ensure seamless communication with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to process invoices efficiently.
- Process invoices from suppliers and ensure timely payment.
- Report sales data to inform business decisions.
What you'll bring to the team:
- FP Administration, management, or related qualifications.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
- SAP knowledge and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and a focus on execution.
