As an Operations Manager with Amazon, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient fulfillment and dispatch of orders. This position is based on the Night Shift and is part of the Amazon Logistics team, which handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Area Managers to drive operational excellence
- Lead operational teams on a shift, addressing issues and positively impacting site performance
- Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives and implement actions to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security, to design and deliver initiatives that enhance operational performance
