About You

The ideal candidate will have similar experience as an International SEO Account Manager or at least 3-4 years of experience as a Senior SEO Executive.

As a Global Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will report to the SEO Director and be responsible for delivering and overseeing best-practice digital marketing solutions for international clients. The role will include some App Store Optimization (ASO) responsibilities, supporting our international app-based clients in building and executing strategies to increase visibility on the App Stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of multinational clients' digital marketing activities alongside the SEO Director.
  • Ensure timely deliveries with clear thought processes, actionable insights, and effective solutions.
  • Brief in-market resources to conduct multilingual keyword research, SEO analysis, and synthesize these insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Technical SEO specialists to run and deliver technical SEO audits and provide recommendations.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute weekly/monthly calls with clients, prioritizing actions based on impact and communicating progress.
  • Create and manage digital marketing project plans, integrating deliverables from different team members to contribute to the strategy.
  • Work closely with the SEO Director to ensure cost-effective delivery of SEO projects.
  • Create, manage, and close projects on internal project management software to facilitate efficient billing and invoicing of projects and payment of in-market resources.

Requirements

  • Experience working with industry-standard digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEM Rush, and Screaming Frog, to deliver search insights to clients.
  • Preferred experience with ASO using tools like AppTweak, App Annie, or Sensor Tower.
  • Solid understanding of Technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, Structured Data, AI Overviews).
  • Ability to manage external resource pools for delivery and quality assurance of in-market digital marketing deliverables.
  • Capacity to form strong client relationships through proactive suggestions of innovative solutions.
  • Ability to transform data insights into client-facing presentations and manage ongoing performance reviews, translating digital marketing metrics into clear, actionable business outcomes for clients.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for improvement in visibility and traffic.
  • Ability to support SEO pre-sales activity, running short analyses on prospective clients' sites and suggesting initial opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to input on multiple customer accounts and maintain timelines for client deliveries.
  • Attention to detail in delivering client work – clarity of thought process when creating deliverables and presentations.
  • Ability to work within a team and manage junior members.
  • Confidence to share ideas for improving outcomes for both the team and clients.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
