Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to product innovation process and improve machinery and process performance.
  • Collaborate with the production and maintenance department to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead projects to develop series production, considering qualitative, financial, technical, and temporal requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation for machines and equipment, including manuals, data collection, translation, training handouts, and CE declarations.
  • Review and create electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, as well as program PLC Siemens S7 drive and control systems.
  • Continuously improve and modify machinery and process performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (mechanical or industrial).
  • Approx. 3-4 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer in an industrial environment.
  • Strong computer and manufacturing simulation skills (CAD, OFFICE, EXCEL, PPT).
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Tools.
