- Leadership Alignment: Align actions with the goals of the European and global Leadership Teams.
- Country Product Launches: Ensure awareness of all country product launches and their impact on customer experience.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for customers when issues arise, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Ring's products, services, and features to provide informed solutions.
- Trend Identification: Identify and communicate trends and opportunities to leadership, informing strategic decisions.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Interest in Consumer Technology: A strong interest in consumer technology and its applications.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in problem-solving, with the ability to learn new technologies and apply them to real-world scenarios.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create clear and concise documents.
