Program Manager for Last-Mile Logistics Partnerships

We're looking for a skilled Program Manager to oversee the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Experience across the European Union. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for gathering and consolidating information from our last-mile logistics partners in all EU countries.

Your primary focus will be to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the DSP Experience throughout the region. You'll lead the development and implementation of a program strategy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of DSPs in each EU country.

This includes collecting feedback, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies at a granular, country-specific level. You'll also oversee the consolidation of programmatic updates, initiatives, and project execution details from these contacts.

As we grow, there will be opportunities for you to expand your responsibilities and potentially build a team to support the DSP Experience program across the EU. Continuous performance monitoring, data-driven optimization, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and senior leadership across the EU will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a program strategy for DSPs in each EU country
  • Collect feedback and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee the consolidation of programmatic updates and project execution details
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and senior leadership across the EU

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program management leading large projects with multiple stakeholders
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Program Management expertise, including ability to organize tasks, prioritize competing demands, find solutions, and follow through to successful implementation
  • Change Management experience is a plus
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
