About the Role:

Arquimea, a global technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Integration Specialist to lead and drive sustainable transactional information alignment and integration across the entire supply chain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing requirements from various business units and proposing integrative solutions to improve productivity, visibility, and information reliability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Integration of ERP Modules: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our ERP modules with PLM and design tools used for electronic instrumentation design.
  • Supply Chain Improvement Projects: Lead global supply chain improvement projects to automate transactional processes, enabling productivity, visibility, and information reliability gains.
  • Transactional Knowledge Organization: Develop and drive transactional knowledge organization across Arquimea, ensuring seamless information flow along the supply chain.
  • Supply Chain Readiness: Ensure supply chain and operational readiness, from transactional to customer-serving processes, including marking, tracking, and tracing.
  • Collaboration and Improvement: Liaise with subsidiaries, users, and IT to respond to or drive improvements requested by customers, while continuously improving systems for increased reliability, efficiency, and service.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in design, management, implementation, and technification of master data, transactional processes, and logistics operations.
  • Systems Integration: Proven experience in systems integration throughout the supply chain, both internally and with suppliers and customers.
  • Knowledge Deployment: Knowledge deployment experience, acquired through teaching or senior consulting.
  • ERP and PLM Knowledge: Familiarity with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and PLM standards (preferably Duro).
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in supply chain for electronic boards and instrumentation production, proficiency in English, and knowledge of Netsuite, WMS, TMS, APS, and SRM.
