About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Change & Release Manager to join our team at Open Digital Services (ODS). As a key member of our Assisted Channels team, you will be responsible for defining, setting up, and managing the change management model to ensure efficient and cross-functional collaboration with all areas related to Assisted Channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for Change and Release Management processes, ensuring minimal disruption or degradation to service during the lifecycle of the change.
  • Be responsible for test management (Strategy & execution).
  • Evaluate change requests, identifying, analyzing, and documenting potential risks or issues, and apportion actions accordingly.
  • Maintain full auditability of all changes and releases, utilizing the tools available, i.e. Service Now and Solution Manager.
  • Support the implementation of key projects and monitor progress of plans against success criteria.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in projects related to IT Change Management using agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, often at senior level.
  • Proactive, ownership, flexible, and responsible.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
