About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Carbon and Climate Change Specialist to join our ESG and Sustainability Team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in understanding the impacts of their investments on climate change, ecosystems, and society.

What We Do

Our team works directly with company management, backed by investors who are conscious of the role they play in the sustainability transition. We assess what sustainability means for our clients, how they currently perform, and what they can do to become more sustainable and future-proof over time.

About the Team

Our team consists of approximately 150 people from various academic backgrounds, all driven by the aim to make real impact. We have offices across Europe and North America, and we are expanding our team to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support both the quantitative and qualitative analysis for our client deliverables
  • Develop ESG and Sustainability policies and strategies for investment funds
  • Facilitate ESG strategy sessions with company management
  • Assess the ESG performance of companies and identify areas for improvement
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 0-2 years of relevant working experience in a related field. You should have a strong understanding of ESG and sustainability principles and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively.
