About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Digital Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

As a Swedish native speaker, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs. You will work towards individual targets, but also be part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Swedish native speaker.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Previous sales experience (preferably B2B).
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
  • Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience.
What We Offer
  • Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Salary conditions: from 23,876€ gross/year up to 25,330€ gross/year.
  • Sales bonus package: from 3,407€ up to 4,470€ gross/year.
