We seek a seasoned Sr. Dir., Payroll & HR Admin Services to lead and manage a cross-functional team providing high-quality payroll and HR administration services to international clients. Key qualifications include:
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.
- Strong project management skills, particularly for process automation initiatives.
- Expertise in payroll processing software and HRM systems.
- Deep understanding of payroll regulations in at least one core European jurisdiction (Ireland, UK, or Spain).
This leadership role involves developing and executing strategies to expand and improve our service offerings in Europe and the USA. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing client satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the service line's profit and loss account, collaborating with the finance director and partners.
- The selected individual will also oversee and deliver top-tier payroll processing and HR admin services to international clients.
We are searching for candidates with extensive experience in payroll processing and HR admin services, along with a strong educational background in a related field. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, is required.
