Executive Director – Payroll and HR Admin Services Leader

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the growth and development of our payroll and human resources administration services in Europe and the USA. The successful candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, deep expertise in European payroll processing, and HR administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to expand and improve service offerings, foster a culture of excellence, and manage profit and loss accounts.
- Client Management: Deliver top-tier payroll processing and HR admin services, build strong client relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Operational Excellence: Lead cross-border teams, ensure compliance with in-country laws and regulations, and implement operational excellence standards.
- Team Development: Mentor team members, recruit and retain top talent, and foster professional growth and knowledge-sharing.
Candidate Profile
Education & Professional Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, additional qualifications in payroll or HR administration preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive payroll processing and HR admin services experience, at least 5 years in a leadership role, international professional services firm experience preferred.
Skills: Expertise in payroll processing software and HRM systems, deep understanding of payroll regulations in at least one core European jurisdiction, proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
