Summary of Responsibilities

The Associate Vice President, Marketing Operations is responsible for the oversight of property marketing performance, initiatives, and associates for the identified portfolio of multi-family properties. This role provides innovative marketing solutions that scale marketing efforts across regions and properties, leveraging the Avenue5 best-in-class marketing techniques to maximize property performance, and streamline support to clients and internal teams. The Associate Vice President is also responsible for identification and ownership of key department initiatives based on identified goals and areas of focus and ensuring alignment among associates on identified departmental goals and meeting established KPIs for set initiatives. Through leveraging their extensive subject matter expertise in traditional and digital marketing techniques and their understanding of the market landscapes, this role will support, guide, and provide feedback to the property marketing associates this position directly oversees as well as the operational leaders regarding the development of integrated marketing programs at a portfolio-level.
