Human Resources Data Analyst Lead

At Dsm, we are seeking a Human Resources Data Analyst Lead to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job SummaryThe HR Data Analyst Lead will be responsible for providing cross-divisional analytical and support services, including data management and systems control. The successful candidate will combine internal and external data sources leveraging DSM-Firmenich technology platforms and partner with internal functions to make data-driven decisions regarding people and to optimize HR performance.
Main Responsibilities- Design, develop, and create reporting analytics through data manipulation & systems maintenance to ensure robust and accurate reporting capabilities.
- Create standard, ad hoc queries or reports to produce data summaries and analyses for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare, manipulate, and analyze data by organizing diverse information, checking for errors/inconsistencies.
- Support managing the interface between various systems within the business to extract relevant information for analysis.
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure the availability, quality, and integrity of data sources necessary for analysis.
- Support monitoring of data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all systems.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Information Technology, Business, or Human Resources, or 3-5 years of comparable experience required.
- Experience maintaining and extracting data from systems, sorting, analyzing, creating reports, and preparing documents for review.
- Functional experience in HR technology, preferably a track record in Success Factors and in core systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience of at least 3-5 years in working with complex data-driven initiatives, ideally in HR area with a good understanding of HR processes, metrics, systems, data, and reports.
- Experience in BI or analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Project Management skills to pilot different data-related initiatives.
