We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our Culinary Department at Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Outlet Head Chef in the operation and administration of our food preparation activities.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Outlet Head Chef in planning, organizing, and managing all activities within the food preparation department.
- Ensure the execution of daily SOP standards and maintain high-quality food preparation.
- Implement HACCP requirements and take corrective action as needed.
- Develop menus, buffets, and specials that meet customer needs.
- Conduct daily checks of fridges, mise en place, and quality of stocks.

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Advanced Food and Hygiene Training
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or large-scale free-standing restaurant operation
- Experience working in luxury brand hotels and restaurants
- Good level of English
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate flexibility
