Arxada, a global specialty chemicals business, is seeking a Head of Compliance, CSV and Risk Management to lead its validation framework and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience in governance, risk management & compliance and process development. They will be responsible for defining the company's computer systems validation strategy, ensuring compliance controls are defined and documented, and identifying and managing IT risks.

The successful candidate will also support the assessment of all systems, qualify them under a risk-based approach, and be the main contact for IT as well as non-IT regarding questions around system validation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the company's computer systems validation framework
  • Ensuring compliance controls are defined, documented, and aligned with compliance requirements
  • Identifying and managing IT risks
  • Supporting the assessment of all systems and qualifying them under a risk-based approach
  • Being the main contact for IT as well as non-IT regarding questions around system validation
