The Position

The Industry Specialist Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting our pharma customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our SaaS products. You will work closely with our internal consulting team to deliver expert advice, industry insights, and best practices. Your expertise will help clients implement, adopt, and scale our products in alignment with their business needs and industry regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement & Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Industry Expertise & Consulting: Offer deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Liaise with the internal consulting team to align customer needs with the development and implementation of our platform.
  • Client Success & Outcomes: Be the reference Industry Expert of the Customer Success team and ensure the successful configuration of the Aizon solutions to serve Customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Great educational background in the fields of Life Sciences, preferably with a Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, ideally in a role involving operations.
  • Deep understanding of pharma manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA), and industry challenges.
  • Experience and functional knowledge of lab and manufacturing equipment such as bioreactors, sterilizers, analyzers, scales, and related Software.
