The Position

The Industry Specialist Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting our pharma customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our SaaS products. You will work closely with our internal consulting team to deliver expert advice, industry insights, and best practices. Your expertise will help clients implement, adopt, and scale our products in alignment with their business needs and industry regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement & Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Industry Expertise & Consulting: Offer deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing ongoing strategic guidance and ensuring successful adoption of our SaaS products. You will conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure long-term success.
