About the Role- Asset Management Policy Implementation:
Support the implementation of asset management policies, including budgeting, long-term planning, procurement, and quality review processes. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth handover process from EPC/Project Development to Asset Management. - Financial Management and Reporting:
Assist in reviewing and monitoring SPV budgets and financial performance in coordination with Total Energies' Finance team. Contribute to preparing annual Long-Term Plans (LTP) and business models for assets. Support expense management within approved asset budgets. - Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Participate in developing and maintaining a strong performance monitoring culture. Help deploy and utilize tools for asset supervision and optimization to maximize revenues. - Stakeholder Management:
Support managing SPV joint ventures, including organizing necessary meetings as per Shareholder Agreements. Communicate effectively with SPV stakeholders, including local authorities and interested third parties. - Compliance and Documentation:
Assist in managing Project Documents and Permits, ensuring timely submissions post-handover. Prepare periodic reports required by applicable laws, JV agreements, and financing processes. - Service Provider Management:
Supervise and monitor SPV service providers, excluding those related to O&M activities. - Knowledge Sharing and Standardization:
Contribute to cross-functional information sharing within Total Energies, supporting the consistent roll-out of standards and regular lessons learned sessions. - Local Content Programs:
Support the management of Total Energies' local content programs, enhancing the company's integration with local communities.
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum
