Key Responsibilities

As a Client Support Specialist, you will respond to client telephone enquiries whenever possible, prioritising and escalating when necessary. You will handle incoming emails, post, fund materials, reports, and investment information from Head Office. Your tasks also include creating and updating presentations and spreadsheets, providing support on translations and translation reviews, distributing marketing information, diary management, and maintaining client databases.

  • Assisting the sales team with diverse client reporting and administrative workload.
  • Maintaining and optimising client data in Salesforce.

We are looking for candidates with a University Diploma or equivalent education. Previous experience in asset management and financial markets is desirable, along with fluency in Spanish and English. Experience in international environments and advanced knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Word, and Excel are essential skills.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, be a team player, flexible, and enthusiastic. Salary range: £35,000-£45,000 per year.
