About Your Future Team

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Settlement Operations and work alongside a diverse and inclusive team.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include

  • Processing bank transactions for Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) funds
  • Conducting reconciliation activities, reviewing bank statements, and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparing Hinge Account Reconciliations and ensuring their accuracy
  • Generating both external and internal financial reports
  • Updating operational user guides and promoting best practices
  • Collaborating with Customer Service to address operational inquiries
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager

We Would Like to Hear From You If You Have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in finance or treasury
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Experience in the aviation sector is advantageous
  • Key competencies include customer focus, adaptability, organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication
